Caleb Hubbard, LLC – Terms of Service & Event Agreement

By registering for a Music Bootcamp or any educational event hosted by Caleb Hubbard, LLC (“the Company”), the participant (or their legal guardian) agrees to the following terms:

1. Registration and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Participant:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of initial booking are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made 2 or more days after booking up to 14 days or more before the event start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event start date are non-refundable.

  • Event Cancellation: If Caleb Hubbard, LLC must cancel an event for any reason or a full refund will be eligible to all registrants.

2. Instrument Rentals (Third-Party Collaboration)

  • Direct Relationship: Participants acknowledge that any instrument rental agreement is a contract exclusively between the participant and Groth Music.

  • Liability: Caleb Hubbard, LLC is not responsible for the condition, maintenance, loss, or repair of instruments rented through Groth Music.

  • Returns: All rented equipment must be returned directly to Groth Music in accordance with their specific return policies and deadlines.

3. Liability Waiver & Medical Release

  • Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in the bootcamp. I release and hold harmless Caleb Hubbard, LLC and its staff from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained during the event.

  • Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize Caleb Hubbard, LLC staff to seek professional medical treatment for the participant if a guardian cannot be reached. Any expenses incurred for such treatment are the responsibility of the participant/guardian.

4. Media Release

  • Consent to Use: I understand that Caleb Hubbard, LLC captures photos and videos during events for educational and promotional purposes. Participation in the Music Bootcamp constitutes consent to be photographed and recorded. These materials may be used on calebhubbard.com and related professional social media platforms.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Expectations: Students are expected to maintain a respectful attitude toward instructors, venues, and fellow musicians.

  • Dismissal: Caleb Hubbard, LLC reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is consistently disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to the learning environment. Dismissals for conduct are not eligible for a refund.

6. Personal Property

  • Caleb Hubbard, LLC is not responsible for any personal items (including instruments not owned by the Company) that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the bootcamp.
